Add flavor id and name properties to OS::Nova::Flavor

Bug Description

It would be useful to add 'id', and 'name' properties to OS::Nova::Flavor resource as this would help in using an custom id(rather than uuid) and specific naming pattern for the flavors created using heat. This is supported by nova. Therefore, we should support it as well.
