Bug Description
FFe: php-letodms-lucene in Xenial build-depends on dh-make-php, which only supports PHP5. 1.1.1-1 has updated to using pkg-php-tools which is PHP7 compatible.
The current Ubuntu delta refers to the naming of the zend-framework package in Ubuntu, but 1.1.1-1 has dropped the build-depends altogether so the delta can be dropped.
