Bug Description
What is expected to happen is when one fullscreens DVD playback of original Antman DVD (not a burn, copy, etc.) it shows the video across the entire screen.
What happens instead is it shows it in the top left side of the screen.
This happened before and after installing libdvd-pkg from Ubuntu repositories.
Occurs with VLC 3.0.0~~

Also, I've updated the BIOS to the latest version from the vendor and no change.
This doesn't happen with VLC 2.2.2 on Windows 8.1 (different machine) so it appears a potential linux'ism.
