Bug Description

I have noticed some bizarre behaviour in the scheduled transactions. When the due date is past, even if in my preference the [Post pending scheduled transactions] is set to OFF, the scheduled transaction disappear.

How to reproduce:
In the preferences pane, set OFF the [Post pending scheduled transactions]
Register a scheduled transaction with a date in a past
You can see the transaction in [Scheduled Transactions]
Save and close
Reopen the archive
The transaction was disappeared from [Scheduled Transactions]
