I have a very similar issue with the (in-progress) subnet details page[1], and I also see this issue on the node details page (such as when viewing power parameters). Attached is an example of how it look on the subnets page.
I had assumed that for the in-place editing, we were going to be consistent with the node details page, in that the text boxes would appear "disabled" until clicked, at which time they would activate for editing. (by the way, should all of them activate at once, or just one at a time?) However, there are two problems with this approach:
- The gray text is very difficult to read.
- The placeholder text is indistinguishable from the actual data.
