Bug Description

Detailed bug description:
When installing Fuel from the ISO using Fuel advanced install, the install hangs and then fails into emergency mode, making it impossible for the user to complete the installation.

Steps to reproduce:
1) When installing Fuel from the ISO, select option #2 Fuel advanced install. ( pic #1)
2) ISO will begin booting (pic #2)
3) ISO fails into emergency mode (pic #3)

Expected results:
Ability to access advanced options for Fuel installation (manually build a bootstrap or modify configs)

Actual results:
Cannot complete Fuel master boot

Workaround:
None known. Users on MOS 8.0 cannot use Fuel advanced install option.

When using 'Advanced install' user MUST edit kernel boot options first and provide valid MAC address of the network interface that should be configured as admin interface. That the main goal of this installation mode - configure one network interface as administrative using MAC address as a filter.

Here is how 'Advanced install' should be used:
* On 'Welcome to FUEL Installer' screen (Pic 1) select option 2 and press TAB to edit boot options
* In boot options find option 'ifname=adminif:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX' and replace ONLY 'XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX' with a valid MAC address using the same notation - pairs of hexadecimal digits separated by a colon.
* Press <Enter> to start installation.

Docs team: can you guys verify this exists somewhere? If not, we should add it for users attempting an advanced installation.

+1 to Dmitry
i have already ask for cmdline options in list:
https://www.mail-archive.com/openstack-dev%40lists.openstack.org/msg77276.html
I use this "advanced feature" for our auto-hw deployment - and everything work as i charm.

Please, move bug to invalid if no-one provide an cmdline options.
