upgrade error: (malformated Release file?)

Bug Description

Binary package hint: update-manager

I originally installed Gusty Tribe5 or 6. After updateing today it offered me a Verions Upgrade. So I clicked ok.
During the first step in the Distibution Upgrade manager, should be something like "preparing upgrade" (ve the german language pack instlled), it gives me the error:
Failed to fetch http://archive.canonical.com/ubuntu/dists/gutsy/Release Unable to find expected entry commercial/binary-i386/Packages in Meta-index file (malformed Release file?)

This is not in my sourcelist.

After that the upgrade-manager terminates.
