solar-worker accepts arguments which don't do anything

Bug Description

If there are arguments that are not identified solar-worker should at least warn user that the arguments it got are not handled in any way. Or it should return an error.

    No arguments should be accepted by solar-worker

    argparse parses empty arguments list to ensure that anyone using
    solar-worker won't pass any arguments to it.
