Bug Description

I use the maas cli, and occasionally it starts wrting a WARNING to stdout:
**********************************************************************
*** WARNING! The API on the server differs from the description that
*** is cached locally. This may result in failed API calls. Refresh
*** the local API description with `maas refresh`.
**********************************************************************

its fairly annoying that that goes to stdout (it should go to stderr).

I have 6 different maas enpoints that i've logged into. They're on different networks, and I'm not always attached to all of them.
If I want to 'refresh' the one that gave me that warning i have to
a.) be connected to *all* of them at the same time
b.) remove any i can't get to (maas logout) and then refresh (maas refresh) and then add the others back.
