Bug Description

Replace ifmap-view with ifmap-search from https://gist.githubusercontent.com/ajayhn/9f49f91bd7d0a527fdb5/raw/337f354f56e60bbfe6895fc69bf2da40f8ce17f0/ifmap_search.py with the following changes:

 - make arguments as similar to ifmap-view as before
 - By default, it should print everything like before, but user should be able to specify search criteria

Replace ifmap_view with the new ifmap_search

Keeping the positional arguments same as before except that
ip and port are now optional and can be skipped.

Backport to 2.21 because the current 2.21 ifmap-view version doesn't work with huge ifmap trees.
If ifmap tree is huge, the user must be able to specify a start identifier to get a result.
