Bug Description

SETUP:
Wifi router with enterprise setup

STEPS:
1. Fresh flash a tablet with the latest rc-proposed image
2. Connect to the enterprise router
3. This opens the system setting in the side stage on the wifi page
4. Try and will in the user name and password

EXPECTED:
I expect the active text fields to appear above the keyboard

ACTUAL:
The text field is covered by the keyboard you have to drop the keyboard down and type blind, then drop the keyboard again to get to the next field and so on.

I believe the issue here is that system-settings needs to make sure to scroll the fields into view based on keyboard visibility

The issue is anchorToKeyboard doesn't work in the side stage because the toolkit relies on Qt.inputMethod.keyboardRectangle.height which isn't aware of the stages at all. Still not sure what component needs to handle that yet though.

It's actually working fine. Well, by fine I mean it's working how it was designed. The dialog is actually scrollable. So while the keyboard is on top of it you can scroll the view in the dialog to get to the password field.
