Bug Description
qtmir-desktop 0.4.7+16.
(let me know if you need any other package version)
Running on Xenial with unity8-
How to reproduce:
1) login to Unity8
2) Take a screenshot and verify that the button works
3) switch to a virtual console (Ctrl+Alt+F2, for instance)
4) switch back to Unity8 (Ctrl+Alt+F8)
5) Press PrintScr again (or Alt+F4 to close an app)
Expected outcome:
The shortcut triggers an action
Actual outcome:
nothing happens
