Bug Description

ENVIRONMENT: master(22 jan 2016)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Create vanilla-2.7.1 cluster with anti-affinity for namenode

EXPECTED RESULT:
Cluster created

ACTUAL RESULT:
Cluster has "Error" state (Creating cluster failed for the following reason(s): ERROR: Failed to validate: Failed to validate: resources[0]: The specified reference "vanilla2-aa-group" (in inst.Properties.scheduler_hints.group) is incorrect.)

    Fix anti-affinity handling in heat engine

    Server group is not defined inside of ResourceGroup
    for node group and because of that heat can't validate
    heat template. To fix that we introduced new parameter
    in ResourceGroup for node group for correct id of Server
    Group.
