--version parameter in package-import command doesn't work

Steps to reproduce:
root@node-1:~# murano package-import
usage: murano package-import [-c [<CATEGORY> [<CATEGORY> ...]]] [--is-public]
murano package-import: error: too few arguments
root@node-1:~# murano package-import --version 1 io.murano.
0.7.1
root@node-1:~# murano package-import io.murano.
0.7.1

It always shows version of python-muranoclient

the command actually works if you use --version=1.2.3
However I suggest we rename the parameter
