Bug Description
From one of my users:
OK, I finally figured it out! (by accident)
If you start a conversation by clicking on the "Chat" button on the top toolbar, you don't have the whiteboard option.
But ... if you start the conversation by clicking on the little white square icon on the other person's _line_ in the "Contacts" tab, then you have the whiteboard option.
Very, very obscure. I'm happy to have found it.
