Bug Description

When connected to WPA2-Enterprise networks, connection will randomly drop. Happens only on WPA2-Enterprise, not Personal, and only in 15.10 (was fine in previous versions of ubuntu.)

Relevant syslog when the disconnect occurs. This seems to happen more or less randomly, I'm not doing anything in particular when it happens.

I've found that I experience the bug when I connect via NetworkManager, but if I shut off NetworkManager and invoke wpa_supplicant directly, the problem does not occur! So somehow it has to do with NetworkManager's use of wpa_supplicant.

it still happened on Ubuntu 16.04
