No sources after Gutsy RC install

Bug Description
When installing at the 82% (Scanning the security updates repository), without internet connection (I believe this is the problem), I Got this error:
"The security updates on security.ubuntu.com couldn't be accessed, so these updates will not be made available to you at this time. You should investigate this later.
Commented out entries for security.ubuntu.com have been added to the /etc/apt/
I pressed OK and continue installing. When finished I restarted my computer and go to the restricted drivers manager to install the nvidia driver but got this error:
"The software source for the package nvidia-glx-new is not enabled."
I tried updating my system, but there were no updates, I checked my sources.list and all the sources were commented!!
This should be corrected very soon, because Ubuntu without any sources is nothing!, no drivers, no updates, I even cannot install any new program!!
This is also a security problem, because there are no security updates, there should be enabled by default and not telling "You should investigate"!!
If the problem is that I made the installation without an internet connection is a big mistake because many people installs without internet!

I reinstalled with an internet connection available and there were no problems!
An internet connection is not a must have for installing, imagine people that needs ndiswrapper, or that your connection is down, or having DNS problems, also people that needs a complex configuration, or that they don't have internet at all, etc!
Not everyone may notice that they sources are commented, they may be not even know what I am talking about
