Bug Description
I removed all upload plugins except my own scp plugin (#1051861), restarted shutter and clicked "export" on an image.
The upload dialog showed the "choose account" dropdown, but without a selection. I had to manually choose the only available upload plugin.
Shutter should automatically select the first available upload service (if it doesn't store the last-used anyway).
