Update version of Chromium used in the User-Agent string

Bug Description

Midori identify itself as Chromium (User-Agent), but the version of
Chromium we use in the identification string is pretty old, which makes
Google display a warning saying that we should update to a newer version
of Chrome. This is bothering some users.
I will propose a patch that updates the Chromium version soon.
