Bug Description

I keep getting this error when trying to run an app in ubuntu sdk. Everything that I know of is installed on Ubuntu 14.04

Starting /usr/bin/ubuntu-html5-app-launcher...
Setting import path to: /home/eric/workspace/myApp/www/../lib/x86_64-linux-gnu
file:///usr/share/ubuntu-html5-app-launcher/qml/main.qml:21:1: module "Ubuntu.WebApps" is not installed
     import Ubuntu.WebApps 0.1
     ^
Main application component cannot be loaded.
/usr/bin/ubuntu-html5-app-launcher exited with code 1

Can anyone help to fix this issue? I cannot run a template html 5 app under "Ubuntu SDK Desktop Kit". I come out the same error as shown as above.

Developers cannot run a html5 template app.

The ubuntu-html5-theme package is not in the SDK release PPA so no updates are being provided for older releases?
Its working on WIly but the version is 0.1.2+15.10.20150604-0ubuntu2~gcc5.1 from the wily archive (whats with the gcc5.1?)
The latest is 0.1.2+16.04.20160203-0ubuntu1

I also noticed that the main.qml has these imports which seem dated but perhaps doesn't matter

import Ubuntu.Components 0.1
import Ubuntu.WebApps 0.1

The comment from #1 (https://bugs.launchpad.net/canonical-developer-experience/+bug/1518532/comments/1) is not valid. The Ubuntu Desktop Kit is not designed to serve as fully functional runtime Kit. It is made to provide the UI and some Qt APIs not the whole platform API set.

The HTML5 development dependencies are ready in the Staging PPA and will be released togethe with the new ubuntu-sdk meta package this week.
