sorry the package "aspell -es 1.9.10 failed to install or upgrade.

I have this error when I try to install ubuntu from livecd.

Reassigning to debconf, wspanish fails with the following error:

Setting up wspanish (1.0.19) ...
debconf: DbDriver "config": /var/cache/debconf/config.dat is locked by another process: Resource temporarily unavailable
dpkg: error processing wspanish (--configure):
 subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 1
