Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open camera app and follow any prompts until the viewfinder appears
2. Lock the device
3. Unlock the device
Expected result:
The feed from the viewfinder is not frozen and updates when moved around
Actual result:
The feed is frozen until either the screen is tapped on or the device is rotated

Please check image 178 or later, I think the fix for bug 1515356 should resolve this issue (hand landed in vivid, blocked in xenial)
