[Contrail] Add Requirements

please update the requirements section

Please pay attention, that https://github.com/openstack/fuel-qa/blob/master/fuelweb_test/tests/tests_strength/test_restart.py#L92-L106
should look like:

        Scenario:
            1. Revert from ceph_ha
            2. Waiting up galera and cinder
            3. Check ceph status
            4. Run OSTF
            5. Destroy osd-node
            6. Check ceph status

+++create instances
+++fill ceph storage up to 30%
+++simulate disk operation into instances (read/wright)

            7. Run OSTF

+++ 8. Destroy one compute node +++during simulated disk operation into instances

            9. Check ceph status

            10. Run OSTF

+++create instances
+++fill ceph storage up to 30%
+++simulate disk operation into instances (read/wright)

+++ 11. Cold restart+++during simulated disk operation into instances

            12. Waiting up galera and cinder
+++Check ceph status
            13. Run single OSTF - Create volume and attach it to instance
            14. Run OSTF

we need to add real workload into deployed cluster and disk r/w operations inside instances
