make cscope in target project fails

Bug Description
Each time automake adds a new option we have to update Makefile.in.in. Otherwise we end up in target project with error when trying to do a recursive make target. Recent one is cscope and corresponding recursive make target is cscopelist. The attached patch fixes the issue.
P.S. Too strange to me that no one else didn't submit this very bug for few years (since automake created a new target).
