Bug Description

Some optional request parameters is missing for "update pool"call .
"description (Optional)"
"admin_state_up(Optional)"
The parameters "name" and "lb_method" should be "Optional".

    Update some update pool parameters to optional

    "description(Optional)"
    "admin_state_up(Optional)"
    "name" and "lb_method" should be optional.
    I fix this by resolving the duplicate ENTITY define.
