Bug Description

The lbaas table action for "associate fip" shows up, when there is no vip present. This does not make sense, if you don't have a vip yet, you don't need a fip yet.

This was just a simple code bug with the wrong default value

    lbaas associate fip to vip table action bug

    The associate fip to a lbaas vip incorrectly shows up
    as a table action, when no vip is setup yet. This does
    not make sense, correcting the default table action allowed
    check.
