Bug Description

Several things are conspiring to stop nested containers in wily from working.

I'm keeping patches to fix these in ppa:serge-hallyn/20150902-nest . I'll post debdiffs here when everything appears to be fixed.

Actually, not to the Debian tree for now -- there are still several unresolved questions in the upstream issue at https://github.com/systemd/systemd/pull/1056 , so let's keep that only in Ubuntu for now.

This bug was fixed in the package cgmanager - 0.37-1ubuntu1

This bug was fixed in the package systemd - 225-1ubuntu2

  * Ignore init when doing cg_migrate_everywhere. Otherwise, inside a
    container using lxcfs, init can get trapped in the slice, and there's
    simply no reason to do this in the first place. (LP: #1491557)
