Small bug with 'Custom equation for DT'

Bug Description

If I am using 'Custom equation for DT' and close Stellarium (0.14.0) and then start Stellarium again, I am not able to open the window to set the parameters. I first need to select another equation and then select again 'Custom equation' and then the parameter window opens.
So a workaround and a small bug.
