Bug Description

Follow-up to bug #1489171 "different results unsing feTurbulence between inkscape and firefox".

According to the filter effects wiki page (http://wiki.inkscape.org/wiki/index.php/Filter_Effects), the feTurbulence primitive should be fully implemented (renderer and UI).
Unfortunately, it seems there's still no option to set the stitchTiles attribute (http://www.w3.org/TR/SVG/filters.html#feTurbulenceStitchTilesAttribute) in the filters editor dialog.

The UI element exists in the code, but is commented. See http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~inkscape.dev/inkscape/trunk/revision/4801

Not sure why Juca considered the option "not properly implemented yet". Maybe it's related to bug #1489171...
