Bluetooth applet is missing on Kubuntu system tray.

If bluedevil applet is started manually by calling "bluedevil-monolitic" then the applet appears, but still most of bluetooth features remain broken:

- cannot receive file from mobile phone
- cannot browse phone

Starting bluetooth with

qdbus org.kde.kded /kded loadModule bluedevil

seems to work

However the "browse device action" does not work.
