after complete upload of package site says Bad gateway

Bug Description

I am tring to upload my package to ubuntu developer site , as i did it so many times before . But this time am getting a error
"Bad Gateway

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.

Additionally, a 502 Bad Gateway error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache/2.4.7 (Ubuntu) Server at myapps.developer.ubuntu.com Port 443"

My package size is around 40mb . Please help me uploading my application there . and explain why this is happening.

new bug : user not able to install any of application from
developer.ubuntu.com repos .
