Bug Description

gate-glance-python27-pkg-master job is constantly failing on every CR like https://review.fuel-infra.org/#/c/10123/

Looks like it has an internal conflict of package versions:

16:32:38 ContextualVersionConflict: (netaddr 0.7.14 (/usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages), requirement.parse('netaddr<=0.7.13,>=0.7.12'), set(['pycadf']))

This makes us unable to merge changes as there should not be any failed job in CR.

This job is non-voting. From the description it seems like a problem in requirements.txt and requirements installed on the test system. Thus moving to Medium priority.

Based on your example https://review.fuel-infra.org/#/c/10123/ and this patch I uploaded an hour ago https://review.fuel-infra.org/#/c/9872/, it seems that 7.0 is not affected and the problem exists only in 6.1 version.

So, I think milestone 7.0 is not correct here and ask you to change it to 6.1. Thanks!

The issue is in testing environment itself, as pbr-0.11 is installed, though ~2.0 is required. This problem clearly should be resolved changing the testing environment of infra, not openstack's requirements.

We are not going to use gate-glance-python27-pkg-master - I will file a bug for CI team to disable it. Won't Fix
