Bug Description
Moved from https:/
Starting Kilo release Neutron has functional tests. These tests are executed on the production platform (i.e. Ubuntu 14.04) and verify how Neutron interacts with system tools and manage resources (namespaces, ports, etc.) It would make sense to enable functional tests for MOS tree too.
Tests are executed by doing 'tox -e functional' and 'tox -e dsvm-functional'. The first runs only subset of tests that can be executed with non-privileged user. The latter requires sudo permissions and relies on devstack.
