Bug Description

1) Try to select other category

After you click to the picked category the drop-down menu is not hidden

2) Drop-down menu is not centered

Fix category control layout at the components page

    Now category field length is restricted and page looks
    correctly while scaling.
    Aslo, category dropdown is now centered under the button

Set correct attributes for category dropdown

    Before category dropdown did not auto closed itself after a category was
    selected. This was most likely due to mixed use of jquery and
    angular-ui. This commit sets correct data-toggle attribute and
    data-disabled, that only enables plain bootstrap usage.
    Also sets more "aria-labelledby" to point to toggle button, as most
    examples suggest.
