Bug Description

1.Deploy cluster with plugin and vmware datastore backend.
2.Deploy in HA cluster with plugin.
3.Deploy cluster with plugin and Ceph for Glance and Cinder.
4.Deploy cluster with plugin and ceilometer.
5.Deploy cluster with plugin, addition and deletion of nodes.
