Gtk.AboutDialog credits background becomes trasparent

Bug Description

In Vivid's Gtk.AboutDialog, the credits background becomes transparent after clicking credits button twice.
See attached image.

package: libgtk-3-0:amd64 3.14.13-0ubuntu1 amd64 GTK+ graphical user interface library

Works fine in Trusty (gtk3: 3.10.8)

It's a "really" low priority regression.

The bug is related to "overlay scrollbars".

Typing "gsettings set com.canonical.desktop.interface scrollbar-mode normal" the bug is gone.

Typing "gsettings reset com.canonical.desktop.interface scrollbar-mode" the bug is back.
