Bug Description
Designate upstreamed the periodic exists event: https:/
Ceilometer already handles Designate CRUD notifications as events; the new exists event should be handled as an event and a measurable sample for a measurable audit interval. This is for computing resource uptime/usage time and subsequent billing concerns.
The dns.domain.exists event payload should contain the audit_period_* attributes that will be used to generate the exists sample in Ceilometer.
