Bug Description
Using juju 1.24.0 from bootstrapping to deploying an openstack bundle.
Initially errors were reported and juju-deployer -r 1 was used to resolve errors.
Juju-deployer reported numerous errors that were still not resolved.
However, juju status reports no errors.
Checking Juju-gui, it agrees with juju-deployer that there are still errors in the environment, however, no errors are reported by juju-status and using juju resolved states the unit is not in error state.
