Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Log in web ui
2. Import a few packages into the Murano
3. Create Murano environment
4. Add a few components into the created environment
5. Click on 'Name' column title a few times
6. Click on 'Type' column title
7. Repeat for other columns
Observed result:
After step 6 we can see that Murano sorted env components by name including 'drag & drop' area (take a look at attached screenshot)
Clicking by other column titles do nothing

Update environment details view
* Drop area is not a table row anymore, so it's not counted as an extra component and can not be filtered
* Hide drop area in case no applications available
* No components is displayed if there are no items in the table.
Previously, drop area always be there
