MURANO_REPO_URL is only set for dashboard test, therefore client CI is currently blocked

    Set MURANO_REPOSITORY_URL for client tests

    Since murano-ci job is checked for every commit to python-muranoclient
    and this include testing repository functionality, MURANO_REPOSITORY_URL
    has to be set for such tests. This change should unblock client gate.
