Bug Description
[android] Mir demo servers don't turn the screen/backlight on if its already off.
Mir's demo servers are designed to exercise a lot of features including system compositor functionality. They are design to (and succeed on desktop) turn the display on at start-up. But this does not seem to work on Android.
Is it because the backlight device is not part of the "display"?
