Processed files should be returned to their original state

Bug #145775 reported by Jamu Kakar

Bug Description

AutoPPA has file processing ability that causes files to be generated
(overwriting existing files). This behaviour is necessary because
slight differences in files are often needed to build a package for
multiple Ubuntu releases. A side-effect of this is that the changes
that get merged back to the source branch have generated content that
may or may not be appropriate. AutoPPA should restore the original
copy of a generated file before the release branch is merged back to
the source branch.
