On devices, fullscreen dismiss hint moves upwards while indicators are being hidden

When going into fullscreen mode, unity8 hides the indicators top with an animation, which results in the webview being resized.
Since the fullscreen dismiss hint is shown right away, it results in an unpleasant artifact where the hint moves immediately after being displayed.

A possible solution would be to anchor the hint to the bottom of the view and ensure that it doesn’t move when the view is resized.

Another possibility is to delay the display of the hint by e.g. 500 msecs to wait for the view to be fully resized.
