Bug Description

The same image is used for both config options in the documentation. Both "Target copies for a hold even if copy’s circ lib is closed" and "Target copies for a hold even if copy’s circ lib is closed IF the circ lib is the hold’s pickup lib" use an image showing "Target copies for a hold even if copy’s circ lib is closed IF the circ lib is the hold’s pickup lib"

Note: Target_Pickup_Lib1.jpg and Target_Pickup_Lib2.jpg files exist in master (docs/media). In June 2015 the docs/admin/lsa-library_settings_editor.txt file has been replaced by librarysettings.adoc. Pushing updated image file in case we want to add this section back at some point.

Since the images in question aren't currently used, and haven't been used since 2.7, I'm not going to bother backporting this; doing this just allows the pullrequest to be closed.

I also note that http://docs.evergreen-ils.org/dev/_target_copies_for_holds_at_closed_libraries.html probably should just be deleted; it looks like the scripts running on the docs servers may not be cleaning up pages that are no longer present. I'll report that separately.
