Bug Description
Using a bq/rtm phone in French, a recent server update included categories translations and those work in the click store view but not in the installed application view (the combo at the top of the view)

The translated names for departments are downloaded from the server the first time the "store" scope is opened, and as expected they are stored in .cache/ click-departmen ts.db.
The bug seems to be that the "installed apps" scope is not showing these translated names. They are only shown after a reboot.
