Bug Description
Juju will deliver new status functionality, exposed via the juju status command. But we need to retain compatibility with Juju 1.x status. So a new env var is supported JUJU_CLI_VERSION. If set, this specifies the minimum CLI version for which Juju must retain compatibility.
To get the Juju 2.0 status output:
export JUJU_CLI_VERSION = 2
juju status
