Feature request: When adding a node, make the node tool snap to path intersections (if snapping to path intersections has been enabled).

(If bug #170826 were implemented, a node could be inserted anywhere along the path, and then dragged along the path until it snaps to an intersection of the path with another path (or even to a self-intersecti on?))
