Bug Description
Once Elementery Freya starts to load; my screen goes off and doesn't come back on until I close and open my laptop.

OS: elementary OS 0.3 Freya (64-bit)
Possessor: Dual-Core AMD A4-3310MX APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics
Memory: 8 GiB (7.3 GiB usable)
Graphics: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD/ATI] Sumo [Radeon HD 6480G]

I have ran Ubuntu and I do not get this issue.
