Can only add one entry to midori speeddial

Bug Description
I can only add a single entry to the midori speeddial.
If I add a second one, the first one is simfirstply getting replaced. Clicking the delete icon doesn't remove even that single one.
This is what the file looks like:
~$ cat .config/
[settings]
columns=3
rows=3
[Dial content]
uri=https:/
title=elementary OS in Launchpad
Whenever I click add -> enter url -> that Dial content is getting replaced by the new entry.
