Bug Description
We often see joyent machines get stuck in provisioning. When this happens The Juju env cannot be used, nor can it be rebootstrapped. We open support tickets requesting the deletion of the stuck machines. Support has diagnosed that this happenes because...
Please note that this keeps happening because you are using SmartOS package types
when you define your KVM instance. Please make sure you use the KVM packages
for KVM instances.
I think this means Juju could be more reliable and repeatable if it used KVM packages for KVM instances.
